1、Equipments

The company is now having 28 die casting machines,respectively are 1600T,1250T,1000T,800T,630T,530T,500T,400T,350T,280T and 180T, with automation system configuration,including feeding,spray and pick-up, being capable of casting,machining and powder coating products like escalator ladder,automatic sidewalk pedals,auotmobile parts,light parts,tools and IT accessories.The well-equipped lab includes Spectrometer,CMM,Hydrogen gage,X-ray detector,Dynamic/Static loading breaking tester,Salt Spray tester,etc.Besides, the company designs,builds,repairs and maintains the toolings partially in house.Annual capacity is 8000 metric tons.

 

2、Engineering and development

The company has built up Engineering Center and Development Center,which are made up of a group of professionals in aluminum pressure die casting industry. 32 of them are with diploma degree or above,about 8% of the whole staff. 16 of them are with bachelor degree and 2 with master degree.

About 5% of the annual main business income is invested on development each year.Besides,supported with advanced software and technology, the company is at a advantageous position in this industry and can react rapidly to the market demands.

More than that, the company has also built up a wide cooperation network with institutes and colleges inland. That to Shanghai Jiaotong University is an outstanding example. 

 

3、Marketing

The company is majorly engaged in OEM production for oversea markets like Europe,North America, Japan,South Korea,Australia,etc.Rich experiences have been gained in industries like furniture,automobile,lighting,agricultural machinery and power tools via close cooperation with her customers, among which the typical ones are Haworth,ITP,Humanscale,Wabco,ZKW,DEUTZ,DTR,EATON,ZKW,JJE，Bosch,Hubble，Dubose,Maschio,Forcome,DAB,Black&Decker,Husqvarna,Simens,ADB,etc.

 

4、Management

The company has integrated information of departments of production,quality,marketing,engineering and administration and established a data platform in a LAN, enabling shared resources, and realized an information-based management of production and operation.To regulate and modernize our management, the company has also been certified by ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016,and successively ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
