How to distinguish casting sand hole, slag hole, air hole, loose, shrinkage
1: sand hole-caused by the sand hole, irregular shape, the inner surface of the hole is rough, mostly located in the outer position of the smaller section.
 
2: slag hole-due to impurities in the cavity or liquid in the low melting point material into the cavity caused by the hole, irregular shape, shallow depth, the surface of the hole is smooth and shiny, color, similar to the enamel material.
 
3: pores-due to poor liquid deoxidation, high moisture content of molding sand, and too many volatile substances cause holes.
