The auspicious dragon leaps over the sea to bid farewell to the old year, while the golden snake brings blessings to embark on a new journey. On December 29, 2024, around noon, the annual meeting of Qingdao Banghe Die Casting Co., Ltd. with the theme "Lean Management, Moving Forward" was successfully held at the Qingdao Jiaozhou Marriott Hotel. More than 300 employees of Banghe Die Casting Company, along with General Manager Shen Changlong, Group Quality Director and Management Director Li Xiaoqiu, and Production Director Tan Hui participated in this themed annual meeting.
First, Mr. Zheng Jishun, Chairman of Banghe Group, delivered an enthusiastic New Year speech via video from Jinan. He affirmed that in the past year of 2024, with the joint efforts of all employees, the company achieved satisfactory results in various aspects, with departments integrating and updating, and collaborating with each other, allowing various operational indicators to be basically realized. He also encouraged Banghe Die Casting to challenge higher technical and cost pressures in the new year, to be market-oriented, to use scientific management as a bond, to enhance the company's visibility, and to focus on building the Banghe brand image. In 2025, the foundation of the Banghe Mexico factory will be completed and put into production, and everyone at Banghe must unite to face challenges, with all employees ready to take action and create new situations!
Next, Shen Changlong, General Manager of Qingdao Banghe Die Casting Company, presented the 2024 annual summary and 2025 outlook report. Despite the low economic temperature at home and abroad in 2024, Banghe Die Casting was still able to rise to the challenge and maintain stable growth in performance. Mr. Shen fully recognized the hard work of all departments; in this atmosphere of gathering among all employees, there was an invisible cohesion, and he finally outlined the key points of work for 2025, giving us a clearer direction and goals for future work.
