On December 30, 2024, at 18:18, the 2025 Annual Meeting and 2024 Award Ceremony of Qingdao Banghe Machinery Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the Qingdao Jiaozhou Marriott Hotel. All employees of the company gathered together to review the struggles of the past year and look forward to the development prospects of the new year.

This year's annual meeting theme is "United in Strength, Creating the Future Together." The meeting opened with a video of blessing slogans from various departments. After a 10-second countdown, host Teacher Dahai made a brilliant appearance. At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Zheng Jishun, Chairman of Banghe Group, delivered a passionate New Year speech via video from Jinan, expressing expectations for the group's next development and extending New Year blessings to all Banghe employees. General Manager Sun and General Manager Zhuang led various departments to listen and learn attentively on-site, and the employees and guests responded enthusiastically, feeling greatly encouraged.

Mr. Sun Wenxin, General Manager of Banghe Machinery Co., Ltd., first expressed heartfelt thanks for the hard work and efforts of all employees over the past year and provided a comprehensive summary of the company's achievements in the past year. In the face of a complex and changing market environment, Banghe Machinery adhered to the development concept of customer-centric and quality-first, achieving significant breakthroughs in new product development, customer service, and team building. General Manager Sun announced the company's operational targets for 2025 to the employees present, setting a clear direction for the work of various departments in the new year. The song "Loyalty to the Country" sung by Zhao Longhai, Deputy Director of the Processing Workshop, was powerful and moving, with his superb singing skills shaking the hearts of the audience like a battlefield; the song "Young Ambition" sung by Jing Changzheng, Director of the Casting Workshop, was melodious and heartfelt, providing the audience with an ultimate audio-visual experience; the dance performances of "Latin Dance" and "Street Dance" by the daughter of Wang Kai, Director of the Processing Workshop, were vibrant, with dynamic rhythms, graceful dance moves, dazzling lights, and beautiful music igniting the passion of the audience; the song "Over Fire" sung by Wang Lili, a quality inspector in the post-processing process, was sincere, and the song "Heart Rain" had a soothing rhythm that led the guests to reminisce about beautiful moments.
The dance "Flower Guardian" performed by the final inspection team of the processing workshop added a joyful atmosphere to the scene with its cheerful rhythm; the song "Fill the Cup" sung by Wang Limin, an argon welder in the post-processing process, was heartfelt, evoking emotional resonance deep within everyone, inspiring employees to pursue their dreams and hope for the future, winning rounds of applause from the guests.

The annual meeting programs selected by various workshops and departments were rich and colorful, leaving the guests dazzled.

During the program, outstanding employees and teams of 2024 were recognized, with company leaders and department heads presenting awards.
Among them, Gao Shumin, Yang Shu, and 7 others received the 2024 Outstanding Newcomer Award, presented by Director Jing Changzheng of the Casting Workshop.
Zou Qinghuan, Jiang Shaozhou, and 9 others received the 2024 Outstanding Individual Award, presented by Director Wang Kai of the Processing Workshop.
Yin Weichen, Liu Yanhong, and 4 others received the 2024 Outstanding Service Award, presented by Manager Jiang Shaozhou of the Project Development Department.
Pang Chunyan, Shangguan Qiangqiang, and 4 others received the 2024 Quality Model Award, presented by Manager Gu Changyong of the Purchasing Department.
Zhang Huichao, Gu Changyong, and 8 others received the 2024 Outstanding Mentor Award, presented by Manager Jiang Shaozhou of the Project Development Department.
Wang Kai and Jing Changzheng represented the production team to jointly receive the 2024 Best Management Team Award, presented by Executive Vice President Zhuang.
The Equipment Department, Casting Process, Wax Repair Process, Fine Grinding Process, and Packing Inspection Process, a total of 5 teams, received the 2024 Outstanding Team Award, presented by General Manager Sun.
