Group Cost Management Meeting Held Successfully


In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the company's cost management, strengthen performance appraisal, achieve cost target management, so as to produce "high quality and low price" products, truly realize the core competitiveness, seize the domestic and foreign markets. The Group Cost Management Conference was successfully held on July 27, 2020, which was chaired by Chairman Zheng Jishun and organized by Shen Changlong, General Manager of Banghe Die Casting Company, and Dong Zajun and Jiang Fengqin, Group Finance Department; Banghe Die Casting (Shen Changlong, Tan Hui, Li Xiaoqiu, Qiao Guangyu, Zhang Qingtao, Lu Yong, Gao Sheng, Hong Xin, Meng Xiangwen, Fang Lianjun), Banghe Machinery (Xue Huazhong, Zhuang Yangyang, Yan Xianrui, Sun Wenxin, Jiang Shaozhou, Gu Changyong, Jing Changzheng, Wang Kai), Jinan AIA (Song Daojie, Lu Wei, Tan Lei, Yuan Hongjun, Hou Bentao, Zhuang Qiang, Wu Jimei, Guo Yunlun, Zhu Zhongwei) participated!

At the meeting, the chairman of the board of directors presented the requirements of cost management:

1. The cost management of Banghe Group has been formulated and revised for more than ten years. The cost assessment management of various companies has achieved certain results, especially the die casting company and the machinery company have done better. Jinan AIA has done worse due to various reasons. However, AIA has made rectification and strengthening work since the first half of 2020. From the second half of 2020, it will keep pace with the cost management of die casting and machinery companies.

2, the general manager of each company to the production, technology, supply, outsourcing departments and workshops to put forward different work objectives and plans.

3, production, technology, supply, outsourcing to take the initiative to find out the energy saving and consumption reduction gap, efficiency gap, quality gap and standards in various departments and work links, from the equipment update and improvement, process technology and material improvement to find the gap and the same industry large companies and large enterprises in the south to find out the gap.

4. The director of each workshop shall take the workshop as a unit to actively mobilize the staff of the workshop and find out the gap of energy saving and consumption reduction in each link (working hour quota, technical process improvement, raw material consumption and equipment improvement, efficiency improvement and quality stability) as the work focus.

5. All the work of an enterprise is done and managed. The most specific one is assessed. The most important role is to ask him to manage and do well. It is the "hard truth" to use performance appraisal and bonus. It is better to say that one foot is better than one inch. This work should start with the management personnel, take the lead, and find out the management gap between the departments and workshops you are in charge of from all weak links, finding and solving problems is the basic responsibility of our management cadres. Finding out the weak links is very difficult to solve if we can't get through. After we have thoroughly understood the problems, the problems will be solved.

6. All companies of Banghe Group should make good use of incentives and performance policies to give full play to the cost management mode of the whole staff, mobilize the enthusiasm of each manager and each employee, so that each employee has a space and opportunity to give full play to his energy in his normal work, that is, to create an opportunity for each manager and each employee to get bonus.

After the meeting, representatives of each company made speeches on cost management from their own perspective, saying that under the premise of the current bad environment, they are willing to start from themselves and increase efforts to invest in cost reduction work to enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness.

Before the end of the meeting, the chairman reiterated: through this meeting, all companies should grasp the key points, mobilize everyone's enthusiasm, increase the original bonus proportion, and don't let it go; each company should hold several more cost-specific project analysis meetings to announce the figures after the bonus proportion is increased. We should analyze more about the key tips in the requirements of this meeting, saying that one foot is better than one inch.
